At Måsøval, we produce superior Atlantic salmon in the pristine waters along the coastline at the heart of Norway – and bring it to market with care, precision, and deep respect for nature.
Måsøval’s marine farming activities stretch along the coastline in the heart of Norway, from Vartdal in the south to Frøya in the north. We operate in production areas 5 and 6, with sites located in regions known for stable conditions, good water exchange and clean ocean currents – ideal for farming robust, healthy salmon.
Our freshwater operations include smolt facilities in key coastal locations, supplying smolt and post-smolt to nearby sea sites. Most of our fish is harvested at TL52 on the island of Ulvøya, just minutes from the sea.
With administrative teams based on Frøya and in Trondheim, and sales and logistics in Ålesund, our organisation is deeply rooted in the regions where we operate – close to the fish, the coast, and the people who make it all work.
