At Måsøval, we are committed to responsibility, transparency, and sustainability.
If you become aware of misconduct, we encourage you to report it so we can address the matter promptly and responsibly.

What counts as a misconduct?
Misconduct may include:
- Breaches of laws, regulations, or internal guidelines within the Måsøval Group
- Deficiencies in safety procedures, or risks to life and health
- Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or racism
- Financial irregularities such as embezzlement, corruption, or theft
- Social dumping or other labour-related crime
Please note: Disagreements about opinions, political views, work tasks, or salary dissatisfaction do not qualify as misconduct. These should be raised with your immediate supervisor or other internal channels.
Our commitment
No one who reports in good faith will face retaliation. All reports are treated confidentially and with respect for both the whistleblower and the person involved.
How to report?
Måsøval uses a secure whistleblowing channel operated by EY. You can report anonymously, but we encourage you to provide contact details for effective follow-up.

- Time and place of the incident(s)
- Names of involved persons and any witnesses
- Other relevant information
We process all reports thoroughly and aim to investigate as quickly as possible. Whistleblowing helps strengthen our business and uphold our values.
Anonymity and follow-up
Anonymous reports are accepted, but please note that anonymity may limit our ability to ask follow-up questions or provide feedback.
