The talent program – for those who want more
Our talent program is tailored for employees who want to develop, explore new perspectives, and take on greater responsibility. Over the course of a year, participants combine personal development with practical improvement projects and team-based problem solving.
You will work on real challenges within the organization – and present solutions directly to management. This provides both professional depth and confidence, and builds strong networks across the company.

Apprenticeship and continuing education – competence in practice
We support all employees who wish to obtain a trade certificate in aquaculture or other relevant subjects. In just a few years, the number of employees at Måsøval with a trade certificate has grown from a handful to nearly a hundred – and we are continuing our investment.
In addition, we offer internal courses, interdisciplinary gatherings, and support for further education. Knowledge provides security – and security provides quality, for both people and fish.
