But for us, the foundation is about much more than internal systems and processes. It is also about how we take responsibility for the whole picture around us – and that is precisely why sustainability is a natural part of our foundation.

Sustainability is not just about the environment and climate. It is also about the food we produce, the people who work for us, and the local communities we are a part of. We know that what we build, we build together with others.

A long-term commitment to the local community

For us, being present in the local community is about more than being an employer – it is about being an active part of the community. Therefore, we support school environments, sports teams and voluntary initiatives, and engage in measures that provide long-term value.

We also want to contribute to more than just activity – we want to contribute to development. We do this through a focus on local recruitment, apprenticeships and skills development over time.
