Due to pandemic-related restrictions, management, employees, and owners were unfortunately unable to physically attend the stock exchange today. Stock Exchange Director Øyvind Amundsen had to ring the stock exchange bell alone.

“The listing on Euronext Growth enables the company to realize numerous growth plans for the future. There was significant interest in participating in this growth, and the emission was fully subscribed,” says Måsøval.

Over the past week, Måsøval has successfully completed a NOK 825 million share issue. The three cornerstone investors Odin Forvaltning, Handelsbanken, and Songa Asset Management subscribed for a total of NOK 450 million.

“We thank both existing and all our new co-owners for their trust. This will be an exciting journey, where we shall continue the impressive growth that all our employees have contributed to in recent years. A solid foundation has been laid for further value creation, in an expanded perspective,” says CEO Asle Rønning.
