Our statement is based on Section 5 of the Norwegian Transparency Act and contains a general description of the company’s organization, scope of operations, policies, and procedures for managing actual and potential adverse consequences for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
In addition, we present information on actual adverse consequences and significant risks of adverse consequences that we have uncovered through our due diligence assessment.
We also account for measures we have taken or plan to take to stop actual adverse consequences or limit significant risks of adverse consequences, and the result or expected results of these measures.
