Måsøval raises 400 million in new equity
Frøya, November 25:
Yesterday, Måsøval raised 400 million in new equity through the issuance of 9,828,010 new shares at a price of NOK 40.70 per share. The amount will – together with 4,761,904 shares to be issued to Vartdal Invest – partially finance the acquisition of Vartdal Gruppen.
Måsøval’s main shareholder – Måsøval Eiendom – has purchased 2,885,000 shares. In addition, other primary insiders and their related parties have purchased 70,031 shares.
The share issue was completed within the deadline and the entire desired amount was subscribed.
As advisors, Måsøval AS has used DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, as Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, and Carnegie as Joint Bookrunner. Law firm Thommessen AS has been the legal advisor for the company.
