During the second quarter, we have completed five acquisitions to increase capacity and develop Måsøval as an integrated acquisition company. Måsøval’s listing on Euronext Growth contributes to increasing opportunities for further growth in the future.

We are experiencing good progress on the Aqua Semi development project and expect to enter into contract negotiations during the second half of 2021.
The Group’s EBIT for the quarter ended at NOK 59 million. The company has built 1,960 tonnes of biomass in the quarter and 3,000 tonnes of biomass so far this year to utilize the acquired MTB over the last 12 months. After investments of NOK 568 million, net interest-bearing debt is NOK 1,052 million. Equity increased by NOK 155 million in the quarter to NOK 642 million, resulting in an equity ratio of 29%.
