Trond is CEO of Trym, a real estate and construction company. He also serves as director of Norbit ASA and Norges Sjømatråd AS. Previously, he was CFO of SalMar ASA (2013–2019) and head of investor relations before that. Tuvstein has extensive experience in accounting, having held partner positions at PwC and Systemrevisjon. His core expertise includes financial reporting, strategy, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Synne recently graduated from a Swiss international high school, where she developed a global perspective and strong academic foundation. She is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus on finance. Throughout her studies, Synne has demonstrated a keen interest in financial markets and business strategy, and she is eager to apply her analytical skills in real-world contexts.

Ola is a qualified state-authorized auditor from the Norwegian School of Economics and has approximately 30 years of experience in aquaculture, finance, and management. He served as CFO at Norway Royal Salmon for 13 years and is now Director of Strategy and Development at Måsøval Eiendom. Prior to 2009, he worked as a senior manager at KPMG and was, among other roles, group auditor for Cermaq ASA, Norway Pelagic ASA, Fjord Seafood ASA, and Midnor AS. He also has experience from Arthur Andersen & Co, where he served as responsible auditor for several companies in the seafood industry.

Nina is a qualified veterinarian and holds a PhD from NMBU in Ås. She has worked closely with the aquaculture industry for more than 20 years and has held several key roles, including as CEO of AquaGen, a global breeding company for salmon. Today, she is the CEO of INAQ. Nina has a strong professional background in aquaculture, with expertise in fish health, breeding, genetics, research and innovation. She also has extensive international experience through leading positions in global companies and board positions in several countries.

Martin holds a master’s degree in business administration and auditing and has more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, and transaction-related industries. He has also held leading positions within the aquaculture, food, and energy industries.
