Måsøval AS ("Måsøval" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment
of Anders Hagestande as the Company's new CFO, effective from 18 September 2023.

Before joining Måsøval, Mr. Hagestande served as CFO at Blue Resource Group AS,
and prior to his time at Blue Resource Group AS, he served as CFO at Bjørøya AS.
In addition, Mr. Hagestande has served as a board member in both Filetfabrikken
AS and Villa Seafood AS, as a Financial Controller at Novea Sea AS, and as a
business developer at AquaGen AS. Hagestande has Master of Science (Nw:
Siviløkonom) from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with a major in finance
and a minor in economic analysis.

CFO. His background and experience in the seafood industry will be valuable in
the further development of the Company," says Helge Kvalvik, CEO of Måsøval.

long standing traditions and is one of the pioneers in the development of

company going forward. I believe that my experience through the whole value
chain and my strategic understanding can be valuable when taking part of the
development of the company going forward", says Hagestande. 


Anders Hagestande replaces Gunnar Aftret, who tendered his resignation in May,
see the stock exchange announcement dated 26 May 2023. Gunnar Aftret will remain
available to the Company in a role as financial advisor until no later than 30
November 2023, to support a successful transition.
